When using DaVinci Resolve Studio 15, you not only have access to using the storage features on the Prodigy Desktop, but all your settings can be saved via EVO and then utilised by DaVinci's sharing system to ensure that all users meet the same parameters.
Avid Media Composer and Premiere Pro CC users can utilise a project lock to prevent outside interference. Media Composer can also collaborate with other users via the shared bin function, allowing you to not only share assets, but sequences too.
All management of your files is done through the ShareBrowser Desktop Client, giving you an easy to use interface to share, work and collaborate more efficiently.
